I have never been happier about a workout machine than I am now. Let me tell you about this marvalous Cross Trainer.

The Life Fitness X1 machine delivers a total body work-out centralizing on the upper and lower body muscles.

Talk about the Quiet, the Whisper Stride tech with ball bearings for smooth motions make this remarkably noise free.

The Stability bar in front offers the opportunity for you to select that certain part of your body you want to work on first.

Life Fitness X1 Elliptical Cross Trainer

This Brand New Elliptical Trainer is high tech at it's finest.
